For you to manipulate all these variables, the tool provides you a simple to use API. Schedule data in enterprises could in proprietary databases. This API will help you to get at the schedule data. If you need access to more templates, that too can be made accessible to the print process through this API. This tool will be able to gather data from many different sources. The sources could be Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange, Yahoo Calendar, VueMinder, ICAL servers, and many more.
The variety of layouts available through templates could be used to get calendars in yearly, monthly, weekly, Gantt chart, and agenda formats. These templates could be customized to add company logos, contact information, family photos, etc. The layout and color of the calendar templates support word-wrap and can dynamically resize to show all content.
